By registering with the NOS system situated at http://finalfury.co.uk/NOS as created by Christopher James Plant you agree to the following usage terms and conditions.
1) I, the creator, cannot and will not guarantee any level of customer service or data security. The system must be used with no guarantee, I don't have the manpower to offer any alternative. The user must accept that any data submitted to the system is not secured from outside attack. I advise that you do not submit any personal or sensitive data to the system.
2) The following items must not be uploaded to the system, by doing so the user breaks this agreement and therefore their account will be removed as soon as the breach of agreement comes to the notice of an administrator.
i) Any data that breaches the laws of the country in which the client program is being executed or that of the country where the system server is situated.
ii) Any data that the user does not have the legal right to possess and/or view.
iii) Any data that is of a pornographic nature.
3) The user must agree that they will not perform any actions that endanger the smooth running of the system.
4) The user must agree that the system may be brought down for maintenance at any time.
5) The user must abide by any restrictions placed upon their usage of the system (eg: file storage limits etc..)
